The participants of the protest urged the United Nations and other human rights organizations to support Kashmiris’ right to self determination and take strict action against India for its violation of human and fundamental rights in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The APHC-AJK leaders on the occasion expressed their grief over the atrocities of the Indian troops on the innocent people of the territory and urged the United Nations and other human rights organisations to put pressure on India to stop gross human rights violations in the occupied territory. They deplored that everywhere in the world political leaders were being released due to fear of coronavirus but the Indian authorities were arresting Kashmirs and lodging them with criminals across India.
They urged the world community to take note of the human rights violations in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and resolve the lingering dispute according to the United Nations resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people.
