Yabu is now offering a new, on-the-go spin to their famed golden brown, crunchy katsu – katsu baos, available starting February 28.
The new katsu baos feature soft, steamed buns enveloping Yabu's signature ebi, chicken, and menchi katsu. The ebi katsu bao has a spicy aioli, onion jam, and takanasuke, while the chicken katsu bao has pickled cucumber, karashi tonkatsu sauce, Japanese mayo, and onion jam; the menchi katsu bao has the same toppings, just paired with Yabu's cheese meat patty.
