Lockdown is just a temporary relief for hospitals to slow down the transmission of the virus and during this time, the government should have strengthened the healthcare system and build mega isolation sites, that is to prepare for the eventual lifting of the quarantine.

I don’t know why the IATF/DOH has not exerted greater effort in contact-tracing when this will uncover possible infected but asymptomatic cases and prevent further spread of the virus. Testing and contact-tracing go hand-in-hand.
