Hiniling na ni outgoing ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda sa International Criminal Court na imbestigahan ang war on drugs ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte. Ayon pa sa prosecutor, may sapat na basehan umano para ituring na "crimes against humanity" ang laban kontra droga ng administrasyon.
