The University of Caloocan City (UCC)-Camarin campus received a new fully furnished four-story building from the local government.

Each classroom is furnished with blackboards and about 50 armchairs. Some of the rooms are also equipped with air conditioning units and electric fans.

UCC officials thanked Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan and the rest of the local government for their donation and said thousands of students would benefit from the new school building.

Malapitan said improving the educational field in Caloocan City, which includes upgrading school campuses with new buildings and ammenities, is one of his priorities before his term as mayor ends.
