PAGASA located the center of the eye of typhoon Bising at 375 km east of Juban, Sorsogon or 345 km east of Virac, Catanduanes, as of 10 a.m. Bising is currently packing maximum sustained winds of 215 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 265 kph. As of 4 p.m., the center of the eye of the typhoon was located at 460 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.Signal No. 1 is up in Sorsogon, Albay, eastern portion of Camarines Sur, Ticao Island, Catanduanes, Northern Samar, Samar, Eastern Samar, Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Camotes Islands, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte including Siargao and Bucas Grande Islands, and Surigao del Sur.
