'Tisoy' to make 2nd landfall in Marinduque-Simara-Banton area. | Read:

TYPHOON Tisoy is expected to make another landfall, or pass close to Marinduque-Simara Island-Banton Island area before noon Tuesday, December 3.

Pagasa said the eyewall of Tisoy is currently bringing violent winds and heavy to intense rainfall over Southern Quezon, Marinduque, and Romblon. TCWS Number 2 was raised in Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Metro Manila, Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, southern Aurora , Rizal, rest of Quezon including Polillo Islands, Calamian Islands , Cuyo Islands , Zambales, Pangasinan, Northern Samar, Aklan, Capiz, Northern Antique , and Northern Iloilo .
