Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez explained that SK voters are automatically included in the list of “regular” voters for those aged 18 and up.

“Kung gusto mo talaga verify, what you can do is to call the Comelec kung saan sya nagparehistro to validate ,” said Jimenez.
