tv Basketball analysts marvelled at a pair of overtime victories in last Sunday's UAAP men's basketball tournament, where they saw the National University's "win" get crushed by a solid performance from University of Santo Tomas.

They also praised Kobe Paras for sparking the University of the Philippines' comeback against Adamson University. Former Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagle Jai Reyes said NU's defeat showed the Bulldogs had trouble closing out games, especially against teams such as the Growling Tigers.
