Either way, this is all an indication that the job might be taking a toll on the 74-year-old Chief Executive.
The budget is up for deliberations at the Senate today. Senators said they would work to get a reconciled version approved before their Christmas break.Speaking of Cayetano, he lobbed a potshot at Vice President Leni Robredo and said her joining the war on drugs had been “all talk.” Robredo’s camp told Cayetano to shut up if he could not help fight drugs. It's the same retort thrown at Robredo when she was criticizing the war on drugs.
