Supreme Court says Duterte’s recent public appearances prove he is not seriously ill

The Supreme Court says that President Rodrigo Duterte’s public appearances in recent months prove he is not suffering from serious illnesses.

It emphasized that the president has been conducting regular Cabinet meetings and televised addresses regarding the government’s response to contain the spread of COVID-19, which shows that he is not suffering from serious illnesses. I can not agree with the decision of the Supreme Court but I do agree with the beautifully written dissenting opinion of Justice marvicleonen. It is only fair for us to find out if the president is still fit to dispense his duties.
