Senate President Vicente Sotto III said Tuesday that he received a “full report” from Malacañang at 12:40 a.m. of Tuesday.
“He sent me a full report only early this morning. Sending it to the members of the oversight [panel],” he said in a text message sent to reporters.“It’s quite precise and concise to the spirit of what we expect. Although some provisions are still in process, most are being executed already. But I will wait for the comments of the oversight comm[ittee] and consolidate in a report to the Senate proper,” he said.
In his report to Congress, Duterte said the Interagency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Disease last March 28 approved the joint memorandum circular containing the implementing guidelines for the emergency subsidy program.
