“Junjun” Binay, to dismiss their criminal charges over the alleged overpriced Makati City Hall Parking Building contracts.

Binay’s son is facing two counts of graft and six counts of falsification of public documents in the same case. He said he received the notices on May 21, 2018, and he filed a reply on Nov. 16, 2018. Pending resolution of the appeal, Binay Sr. said the provisional dismissal of the proceedings before the Sandiganbayan are in order.
