ANG DAMING PLATFORM. ANG GAGANDA. ANG TANONG! MAGAGAWA NYA BA YAN? EH HINDI NGA MAKASALITA NG DERETSO. PAULIT ULIT! Ulul manila bulletin , halatang halata na build up nyu kau lugaw Sila dapat ang may partylist rep, hindi sila mocha, eric yap, agimat, duterte youth at bumper rep na walang kwenta. What's new to this idea. Isn't that what's supposed to be done in the very beginning?

Nsa loob k ng van, d k makababa dhil ang sigaw ay DUTERTE It is really Election season where ideas for goodness are thought of and yet neglected when Elections ends. 😑
She thought of it only now. She was once in congress and could have authored such a bill. 🤔
Kulang pa ba mga party lists natin? Why do you need a law for that? The lawmakers, & policy makers should just consult with them. Just as they consult with other groups of people. We dont need a law for that.
Robredo wants the marginalized to have more voice in policy-makingPresidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo says she will push for a measure to help amplify the voices of various sectors, especially the marginalized, in the government’s policy-making processes.
Yeah. Dapat participated those disabled person in crafting governance and education. Nice advocacy, VP Leni Robredo
VP Leni, kaya nga meron party list system, para meron representation ang mga marginalized -- before trapos, political dynasties, and other vested groups hijacked it.
I believe in them too ... Remembering the people in Tahanang Walang Hagdan in Cainta Rizal.
DepEd recommends expansion of face-to-face classes in FebruaryBriones said the DepEd recommends that only vaccinated teachers and non-teaching personnel be allowed to participate in the face-to-face classes. Tanda, me surge pa. Gising!!!! Isa pa tong de puta na ito! Gigil na gigil sa F2F,, gusto lang mapuri... Alam naman wala pa bakuna mga bata.. Ikaw na lang mag F2F.. Mga magulang, teacher at estudyante pag nagkasakit, Sasagutin mo ba? Ikaw lang may gusto F2F..AYAW NAMIN!!!
Eto yung makatao dapat manalo to That's the job of legislators and the reason we voted for them. If we're going to participate in making laws for ourselves, do we get paid the amount of salary the senators get? What about the millions of other groups and types of citizens? Do they also get their own system
I see nothing wrong with this. Inclusivity is the key. At least nga nakakarinig tayo ng mga ganyang statements fron an authentic leader na willing to listen to thise who are marginalized. Pang lgu na ung ganyang batas. Sila ang may kakayahang magpatupad nyan
almost failure na kasi ang party list system, halos na hijack na rin ng mga traditional political dynastic families at ibang di naman marginalized or genuine advocacy people or groups. Y only now?
This is the best…to understand the real situtation is to hear it from those who are affected… No need. Legislators crafting bill shld consult d sector concern w/c I believ they do at d background Some r being streamed by committes. Gusto ni leni maglegislate n dpat kasama ang pwd sa paglegislate Then do it r all sector then it becomes a useless law.

Involving the PWDs as most marginalized minority in policy making is sending us a message that both at the microlevel and macrolevel of government laws and institutions, we allow the weakest and most vulnerable among us to create a more caring and humane society.
SUS ..E DI NGA NYO MAI ALIS ALIS ANG DISCRIMINATION SA MGA TRABAHO SA PINAS E..YAN PAN KAYA..DI NYO NGA NAPAPASUNOD MGA COMPANIES E KAYA TALAMAK ANG DISCRIMINATION There is RA 7277 & IRR of RA 10524. This is a strange strawman argument, since the problem must be dealt with, or have already been dealt with by LGUs. Local implementation is the main challenge, not policy crafting. Also, legislation requires competence, not inclusivity.
Bakit bawal ba sila? Yes they should participate really an excellent Vice president. Modern Phili. Mga suggestions nitong si Leni puro out of touch. Raymund Antonio Presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo said on Wednesday, Jan. 19, there should be a law that will provide the mechanism for persons with disabilities (PWDs) to participate in crafting policies that directly impact them. Presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo holds a virtual meet and greet with her NCR supporters on Wednesday, Jan. 19. (Robredo People’s Council/Facebook) “Sa akin, iyon ang (For me, that’s the) number one to make sure empowered para kung ano iyong pangangailangan nyo (so whatever you need) every step of the way hindi na kayo kailangan humingi kasi pagplano kasama na kayo (you don’t need to ask because you are part of the plan),” Robredo told supporters from the National Capital Region (NCR). The Vice President held a virtual meet and greet with her NCR supporters. This is the third virtual sortie this week after meeting her supporters from Rizal and Laguna. She identified that the problem with the current process is that sectors like PWDs need to ask local executives for the budget for the programs crafted for them when it should have been included at the onset. “Pero kung meron sana kayong (But if you have) participation every step of the way hindi na ninyo kailangan humingi kasi iyong kinakailangan nyo tinugunan na step one pa lang (you don’t need to ask because what you need is being addressed since step one),” Robredo said. She noted that the PWD sector has many needs that the government cannot address because it doesn’t care enough to know what’s happening on the ground. The first problem is accessibility to perform tasks despite their disabilities. But that is impossible if leadership trickles from above and down below. If these sectors have to ask for funding from their mayors and congressmen, they will feel indebted to them, the aspiring president noted. “Kasi iyon ang nagbi-breed ng (That’s what breed) patronage, di ba (right)?,” she said. Robredo is an advocate of participatory governance, where policies must come after consultations with the affected sectors. The lady official also wants the same for gender equality and women empowerment. READ: How to empower women? Robredo suggests a way She is the author of the Empowerment Bill in the 16th Congress, and also heralded the establishment of the Robredo People’s Council which will provide a venue for people to air their concerns. “Pag nagbaba kami ng programa na hindi namin nararamdaman iyong pinagdadaanan ng mga sektor, kadalasan iyong mga programang binababa namin hindi siya responsive sa pinakakinakailangan (When we create programs without considering what the sector is going through, most of the time the program that we created is not responsive to the needs),” Robredo said. “So, sa atin iyon ‘yung (for me, that’s the) overarching principle, na sisiguraduhin natin kayo ay may boses (we will make sure that you have a voice) from start to finish,” she added.
