THERE was a breach of protocol by the Quezon City Police Department when it deployed on Monday more than 80 personnel to President Rodrigo Duterte's State of the Nation Address while waiting for the results of their tests for the coronavirus disease 2019 .The QCPD confirmed on Wednesday that these officers from Talipapa Police Station 3 tested positive for Covid-19 but their results were released only on Tuesday.
Tabdi also assured that the operations of PS-3 and Police Community Precincts 1 and 2 won't cease as an outdoor reception area was set up to receive complaints.Based on record, of the 82 from PS-3, PCP 1 and PCP 2 who tested positive, 74 were uniformed personnel, four were civilian employees and four were police aides.
