Cavite previously required quarantine passes when going outside to restrict the movement of its residents to suppress the transmission of the coronavirus disease., allowing persons aged 15 to 65 years old to go out during the community quarantine.
Meanwhile, the governor reminded that curfew hours remained from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Frontliners, employees and government officials are excluded from the curfew.He also warned penalties for those who will violate their rule of limiting karaoke and videoke sessions from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. “Hanggang walang umaangal na kapitbahay dahil sa ingay ay puede bumirit mula 5pm-8pm. Cavite is under modified general community quarantine for the whole month of October to reopen the economy and control the spread of new COVID-19 cases. According to the Department of Health’s COVID-19 tracker, Cavite logged 19,291 total COVID-19 cases, 16,521 recoveries and 171 fatalities.
