He said the government will also provide “a recovery package” for micro, small, and medium enterprises to help the deal with the economic effects of the pandemic.Duterte also promised assistance to farmers and fishermen affected by the health emergency. “A price freeze on commodities is already in effect and measures to curtail hoarding and profiteering are also in place,” he said.
