Philippine National Police chief General Guillermo Eleazar has ordered an investigation into a police officer’s alleged “inappropriate sexual behavior” at a mall in Legazpi City last Sunday.
“Nakarating sa aking kaalaman ang ginawa ng isa naming kasamahan sa isang mall sa Legazpi City kung saan nadadamay na ang buong organisasyon,” Eleazar said. “Hindi namin makuha ’yung detalyadong impormasyon sa pangyayari, lalo na kung paano nangyari, kasi ayaw na ng victim mag-complaint. Pinatawad niya na ang suspect,” Betita said.
