Called the San Lucas Medical, Primary Group Chief Executive Officer William Christopher Liu Jr. said this is the second brand of healthcare services for the conglomerate.Liu also said San Lucas Medical functions as an infirmary and serves as a community healthcare center. At that time, Dr. Liu said they opened their doors to decongest hospitals in Metro Cebu due to the third surge of COVID-19 infections.
