The police officer who did not show up in the Senate hearing over the issue of "ninja cops" has been dismissed from service, an order that was decided on nearly 2 years ago, police said Wednesday.
The two other officers assigned to Zamboanga del Sur at that time were Police Maj. Rodney Raymundo Baloyo IV and Police Capt. Joel De Guzman. His team also allegedly set the drug lord free and presented another Chinese in exchange for P50 million.
