A police report said at around 4:40 p.m., Police Major Emerson Palomares had a"heated confrontation" with the suspect, Police Master Sergeant Sanwright Lobhoy, inside the commander's office, which led to the suspect shooting the victim.
Palomares was rushed to the Dr. Sabili General Hospital in Taguig before he was transfered to the Parañaque Doctor's Hospital where was declared dead at 5:23 p.m. by Dr. Apolinario Esquivel.
