Philippine National Police chief General Dionardo Carlos announced on Wednesday the designation of Colonel Jean Fajardo as his official spokesperson.
Alba will assume the full-time position of chief of the PNP Public Information Office , the official publicist of the PNP, in addition to his other duties as PNP head coordinator with the Presidential Task Force on Media Security and executive producer of PNP public affairs programs on radio, television and social-media platforms.Fajardo, a member of the PNPA Class of 1996, graduated from Jose Rizal University College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009.
The latest NCR Crime Statistics recorded a total of 109,079 focus crimes from November 10, 2020, to January 23, 2022, a 16.9-percent drop from the 131,230 incidents covering the period of September 5, 2019 to November 9, 2020.
