The Department of Health (DOH) on Saturday recorded 777 new COVID-19 cases, the highest single-day tally since March.

Saturday's tally of new cases surpassed Friday's figure of770.The top regions with cases in the recent two weeks were the National Capital Region with 3,455, followed by Calabarzon with 1,211, Western Visayas with 601, Central Luzon with 460, and Central Visayas with 310.
