Kinuwestoyon ni Senador Panfilo Lacson ang umano’y maanomalyang pagpapalabas ng advance na pondo para sa ilang medical facilities, kabilang ang dialysis centers at mga maternity package sa ilalim ng Internal Reimbursement Mechanism na para sana sa COVID19 treatment.
Ibinunyag din ni Senador Francis Tolentino na nakatanggap sila ng impormasyon na ilang pagamutan, partikular sa lalawigan ng Cebu, ang idinedeklarang may COVID-19 ang kanilang pasyente kahit wala para lamang makasingil sa PhilHealth.
