“The current seven-day average as of Nov. 21 to 27 is 954. From Nov. 14 to 20, the seven-day average was 1,346,” he added.David said the country’s reproduction number is at currently 0.34. “Meanwhile, the seven-day average in deaths from Nov. 21 to 27 is 186. The high number of deaths relative to the number of new cases is likely due to late reports of deaths,” David said.
