PH lawmaker accepts apology from owner of Chinese ship involved in Reed Bank incident

Muntinlupa City Rep. Ruffy Biazon, vice chair of the House Committee on National Defense and Security, welcomes the apology but notes that the reconciliatory move would not be complete without knowing the identity of the Chinese shipowner. He also believes the gesture should be a catalyst for the adoption of a Code of a Conduct in the West Philippine Sea.
