A 63-year-old pedicab driver was shot dead along Dominga street corner P. Ocampo in Malate, Manila on Monday, Dec. 6.

Probers of the Homicide Crime Investigation of the Manila Police District identified the victim as Danilo Fajardo Florida.

According to Florida’s brother who witnessed the crime, the victim had an argument with one of the suspects who urinated in his pedicab.The report added that the suspect also told Florida that he would return.Florida was rushed to the Ospital ng Maynila along Quirino Avenue in Malate, Manila where he was pronounced dead at 8:35 p.m.
