Payo ni Duterte sa papalit sa kaniya, mag-Charter change at buwagin ang party-list system

Sa kaniyang Talk to the People na ipinalabas nitong Huwebes, sinabi ni Duterte na dapat simulan kaagad ng susunod na pangulo ang Charter change para hindi paghinalaan ng mga tao na tungkol sa pagpapalawig ng termino ang pakay ng kanilang gagawin.

Sa ilalim ng kaniyang administrasyon, tinangka ni Duterte na isulong ang pagpapalit sa sistema ng pamahalaan na gawing federal system mula sa kasalukuyang presidential system. Samantala, sinabi rin ni Duterte na dapat alisin na ang party-list system dahil naabuso ito ng mga"kaliwa," at nagagamit para labanan ang gobyerno.

I guess so. Partylist system. Isn't usefull. So it's just right to amend it. Take that system and put more onto solid foundation.
