Pasig City Council approves 2021 budget

After six days of deliberation, Sotto announced that the City Council has moved to approve the P12,327,598,022 proposed budget for next year, where portions will fund the city’s projects and programs for its COVID-19 response.

As the pandemic continues to threaten the lives of the people, Sotto said the local government will prioritize the allocation of funds for the city’s healthcare services. In a separate message, Sotto said he will report in detail on Monday the breakdown of next year’s budget.
