Parlade’s ‘red-tagging activities’ reaches Supreme Court

Worse, the three qualifications as to intent have been expanded by the law’s IRR, , according to the NUPL. “Clearly, this is an infringement of the freedom of speech and expression guaranteed by Section 4, Article III of the 1987 Constitution,” it said.
