Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines Archbishop Charles Brown on Christmas Day visited Siargao Island after it was badly hit by Typhoon Odette (Rai).

Archbishop Charles John Brown, the Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines arrives in Siargao to visit the typhoon ravaged island. Last night, parishioners flocked to the partially damaged Sto. Tomas De Villanueva Parish Church in General Luna to hear Christmas Eve mass.
