PAGASA sees fair weather over most parts of PH
Weather specialist Ezra Bulquerin said the southwest monsoon or habagat continues to prevail over the western sections of northern and central Luzon.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have fair weather with chances of isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms.
