Pagasa said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ will prevail in most parts of the country on Saturday. | DFernandezINQ

“Ayon nga po sa ating latest analysis at latest available data, ang movement ng low pressure area na ito ay palayo sa ating landmass,” Pagasa weather specialist Grace Castañeda reported.

“Nakikita nga po natin na ngayong araw maging sa mga susunod na araw ay wala po itong direct effect sa anumang bahagi ng ating bansa,” she added.The state weather bureau likewise raised a gale warning over Batanes and Babuyan Islands, where rough sea conditions are expected. Moderate to rough seas will prevail in the rest of Northern Luzon while slight to moderate sea conditions are expected in in other parts of the country.
