At 10:30 last night in Cebu City, police caught another delivery driver with 100 grams of suspected shabu during a buy-bust operation in Bonifacio Street, Barangay Pari-an. Caballes said that the illegal drugs taken from Regner had a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P714,000. He also said that they had been closely monitoring Regner for two weeks before they conducted the operation on Friday, March 12.
