OCTA said Metro Manila’s reproduction number, which refers to the average number of secondary infections by each infected individual, has gone down to 1.53 from 1.78.ICUs in some Central Luzon areas at critical level Meanwhile, OCTA reported that intensive care unit utilization rates in Bulacan , Pampanga , Nueva Ecija , and Tarlac were at “critical” levels.
In its latest monitoring report, OCTA tagged Santa Maria, San Jose Del Monte, San Fernando, Olongapo, Cabanatuan, Tarlac City, and Balanga as “areas of concern” for COVID-19.
