TUGUEGARAO CITY – Police authorities nabbed Nueva Vizcaya’s Most Wanted Person at his residence in Purok 3, Brgy Abinganan, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya .
Investigation revealed that sometime in April 2012, the suspect was assigned as pastor of a religious sect in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya where he met the victim, a resident of the barangay. On account of immorality issues, the suspect was reportedly relieved from his position in September 2019, which ended their relationship.
