Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, director of the National Capital Region Police Office , said that the names of the BuCor personnel and the NBP inmates are based on the information and intelligence reports that the four members of the Quad-Intel Force have gathered in the past few years.
BuCor Director General Gerald Bantag earlier stripped all prison guards of duty, and sought assistance from the NCRPO and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology to fill in the duties vacated by the prison guards. “The Quad-Intel Force is determined to help because it is the people outside the Bilibid who continue to suffer from the continuous operations of these drug lords and their cohorts at the NBP,” said Eleazar.
“By assisting the BuCor, it would know what to do and it would craft plans to finally put a stop to the operations of these convicted criminals inside,” said Eleazar.
