Brgy. San Rafael Village has the lowest number of active COVID-19 cases with seven, followed by barangays Bagumbayan North with eight, and Bagumbayan South with 14. COVID-19 cases in Metro Manila were projected to return to around 500 in February, David said in a Go Negosyo forum on Jan. 21. Despite the downward trend in COVID-19 cases, Navotas Mayor Tobias “Toby” Tiangco reminded the residents to remain careful and cooperative with the city government’s pandemic response in order to prevent a resurgence in cases.
