In a filing on Tuesday, MPTC parent Metro Pacific Investments Corp. said the tollway firm’s wholly owned subsidiary CIIF Infrastructure Holdings Sdn. Bhd. inked an agreement with a consortium composed of Japan’s West Nippon Expressway, Japan Expressway International Co. Ltd. and Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corp.
