Mother Lily Monteverde's family releases her wake details

The family of Lily Monteverde has released the details of her wake, which starts at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, August 5.In a statement posted by Regal Entertainment, the Monteverde family is requesting for prayers for the late film producer, who died on Sunday.The memorial service for Mother Lily, as she was known in the showbiz industry, will be held at 38 Valencia Events Place in Quezon City. She will be interred on Saturday, August 10, at The Heritage Park in Taguig City.

"The family is at peace now that their mother has not only found rest but has joined their father Remy in that place called eternity—as they were together i life as they will remain together where there is no space or time," the Monteverde family said.Mother Lily left behind a remarkable legacy in Philippine cinema as the long-time matriarch of Regal Entertainment. She was the producer behind many blockbuster films, including the iconic "Mano Po" anthology.
