Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas, director of the National Capital Region Police Office , said police forces in Metro Manila will also be placed under full alert status as part of the security measures starting 4 a.m. on Tuesday.
“They will be tasked to secure several areas where people are expected to gather,” Sinas said in a press briefing on Monday.
