Abarquez said that the contestants will leave on Oct. 19 for Vigan, Ilocos Sur where the pre-pageant activities would be held. Huynh Vy of Vietnam is the reigning Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide. She was crowned in Manila on Oct. 28, 2018. “MTQW envisions itself as an Asian centerstage for diverse beauties from around the world where they will get to showcase the resplendence of their nation’s citizens, culture, crafts and cuisine,” said Abarquez.
