MANILA—Five more Chinese warships passed through Philippine waters without informing the country's authorities, officials said Wednesday.

“Warship in general term, reconnaissance, basta armed ’yun, armed,” Sobejana said, describing the kind of warships they spotted. “Since nakita ’yung presence natin agad naman silang umiwas, lumalabas sa teritorya ng ating bansa,” Sobejana said. Under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, or UNCLOS, any foreign vessel may be allowed to cross a coastal state’s territorial waters without notifying the coastal state if they are conducting innocent passage, or movement in a straight path heading back out to sea, essentially just passing through.

That’s because they claim all of it belongs to them under the 9 dash line rule. Duterte needs to call the UN to denounce China’s claim. But I had my doubt.

Eh gnyan tlaga si duterte presidente eh. Yan binoto ng nkarami kya gnyan ang ng yayari kawawang pilipinas walang tapang sa china. Duterte pa more!

Lemme guess, in another interview, the ph was 'informed' na. Hahaha!

We just hope that Pres Duterte must STOP China from doing this. China had been deaf & blind for a long time hence they do anything they want bcoz the Phils is not laying down the law. Pres Duterte please do something about this. Its time for China to STOP BULLYING US..!!

5 more Chinese warships spotted in Philippine waters in July, AugustThe military says this is in addition to the passage of 4 Chinese vessels earlier this year, all without permission from the Philippine government. Malinaw na ginagago kayo ng china. Ibenenta kayo ni dutertraydor. Because of duterte. This administration should implement the ruling of ICC. If done, it will make China back off. They won't start a war cause they know they have more to loose than gain because all countries are by our side. We may be small but we can be strong if we just play our cards right.
