Sa isang pahayag na inilabas ng PNP, sinabing ipapatupad ito kasabay ng pagdami ng kaso ng coronavirus disease 2019 . "We appeal to all to observe health protocols for the sake of everyone's safety against the contagion," ani Police Lt. Gen. Camilo Cascolan, PNP Deputy Chief for Administration.
