The premium quality of both well-loved homegrown brands shine in this indulgent dessert, which is made with only local ingredients, including Auro's award-winning bean-to-bar, single-origin chocolate. Mary Grace's soft, creamy, New York-style cheesecake sits atop a crumbly fudge crust, and is enveloped in a rich, silky, bittersweet ganache made from Auro's 64% single-origin Davao dark chocolate – a decadent must-try treat for fans of dark chocolate and tangy cheesecake.
The cheesecake is topped with almond chocolate bark, which adds a welcome crunch, and garnished with dollops of fluffy orange whipped cream for a subtle zing of citrus to cut through the richness of the chocolate.
