Mary Grace, Auro team up for new dark chocolate cheesecake

Mary Grace and Auro Chocolate have teamed up to create the café's newest limited edition dessert, the Dark Chocolate Cheesecake.

The premium quality of both well-loved homegrown brands shine in this indulgent dessert, which is made with only local ingredients, including Auro's award-winning bean-to-bar, single-origin chocolate. Mary Grace's soft, creamy, New York-style cheesecake sits atop a crumbly fudge crust, and is enveloped in a rich, silky, bittersweet ganache made from Auro's 64% single-origin Davao dark chocolate – a decadent must-try treat for fans of dark chocolate and tangy cheesecake.

The cheesecake is topped with almond chocolate bark, which adds a welcome crunch, and garnished with dollops of fluffy orange whipped cream for a subtle zing of citrus to cut through the richness of the chocolate.
