In a set of photos from the Marikina Public Information Office , Teodoro is seen switching on the street lights along Lopez Jaena Street in Barangay Jesus Dela Peña and Tañong.
Teodoro said that the simple yet very attractive street light decoration symbolizes hope that should always remain in the hearts of the people amid the COVID-19 pandemic. “Habang naglalakad ako kanina, para ba akong naglalakad sa kadiliman, pero noong binuksan na ang mga ilaw, nagsilbi na itong liwanag sa madilim na paligid. Ang mga ilaw na ito ay maging simbolo sana ng pag-asa sa puso nating lahat said it is offering special second dose inoculation for vaccinees who were unable to attend their previous immunization schedule.
Marikina will conduct the special vaccination at Marikina Elementary School in Barangay Sta. Elena on the following dates: Monday, Nov. 29; and Tuesday, Nov. 30 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The LGU added that only those who received the first dose of Sinovac, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Sputnik V, and Sinopharm vaccines will be given their second dose.
