Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso on Tuesday led the city government's initial simulation on the coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) vaccine simulation in anticipation of the national government’s approval of a vaccine for use and distribution.

Dr. Arnold Pangan, MHD head, the process for pre-registered patients would be six minutes long, while the process for walk-in registrants would take around 11 minutes.The data from the vaccination process will automatically reflect in the patients’ COVID-19 Vaccination ID that they can access on a website.

“While we are waiting for the vaccines in the City of Manila, gusto namin malaman… paano siya ide-deploy in a small group. Ang susunod naman dito , we will have another deployment in a larger scale,” he said in a press briefing. On Monday, the city government received several refrigeration units that will be used to store COVID-19 vaccines from different brands.
