To avail of the benefit, elderly citizens must be physically present in their permanent homes in the city; registered with Office for Senior Citizen Affairs (OSCA) upon reaching the age of 60, and physically present therein one year before going 90.Senior residents must submit requirements at least one month prior to their birthday.
