John Ganzon, Hinoba-an town police chief, said that Caño and the suspect identified as Jerry Del Carmen, 26, of Barangay Bacuyangan were having a drinking session along with two others, when the suspect’s live-in partner reportedly told him that Caño was good-looking.Ganzon said that Del Carmen’s live-in partner and Caño had no affair, but the suspect assumed that the victim had feelings for his live-in partner.Ganzon said the suspect was arrested and is facing murder charges.
