President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed testing czar Vince Dizon as Presidential Adviser for Coronavirus Disease Response.

On Friday, Radio Television Malacañang posted a short video of Dizon's oath-taking with the President at the Palace on Nov. 23.Formerly, he was president and CEO of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority .
